Company Description We are a full-service creative & strategic brand management agency. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Strategic Growth Partner. The Strategic Growth Partner will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships, providing consulting services, developing business plans, managing accounts, and spearheading business development initiatives. This hybrid role is based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. Qualifications Skills in Strategic Partnerships and Business Development Consulting and Business Planning expertise Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the relevant industry is a plus Compensation This role is all about the individuals complete involvement in building the business, hence the remuneration offered would be a commission from the business brought in.
