Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Trainer, based at The Amaryllis, Central Delhi. The Personal Trainer will be responsible for developing personalized fitness plans tailored to clients goals, monitoring their progress, offering guidance on proper exercise techniques, and ensuring client safety during workouts. They will also provide motivation, conduct fitness assessments, and educate clients on overall health, exercise, and nutrition. Collaboration with other wellness staff and maintaining a clean and organized fitness area are also part of the role. Qualifications Expertise in Personal Training, Physical Fitness Assessments, and Exercise Planning Knowledge of Nutrition and Wellness principles Strong communication, client motivation, and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt fitness programs to different client needs and goals Relevant certifications in fitness training, such as CPT (Certified Personal Trainer), ACSM, or equivalent Previous experience in personal training or fitness coaching is preferred First Aid and CPR certification is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or related fields is an added advantage
