The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various roles within the organization. BPO recruitment experience is mandatory Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Use various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract potential candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on relevant job boards and social media platforms. Ensure job descriptions are clear, concise, and aligned with company requirements. Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
