As a Program Developer at ASCI Academy, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing eLearning and workshops for various cohorts. Your primary responsibility will be to create engaging and sector-specific professional trainings, along with driving outreach efforts. Collaboration with subject experts, trainers, and digital teams will be essential in crafting high-impact learning experiences. You will also be expected to leverage the latest pedagogy, tech tools, and feedback systems to innovate and enhance learner engagement and program effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop eLearning modules and workshops for different cohorts - Deliver sector-specific professional trainings - Collaborate with subject experts, trainers, and digital teams - Innovate using the latest pedagogy, tech tools, and feedback systems Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in program/content development or L&D - Strong project management and communication skills - Comfort with eLearning platforms and digital tools - A degree in Education, L&D, Marketing, or a similar field ASCI is India's self-regulator for advertising, and the ASCI Academy is the knowledge and learning arm of ASCI.
