The Education Counsellor will assist students by providing personalized academic and career guidance. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating students' goals, suggesting suitable courses or institutions, offering information on admission processes, and addressing queries related to applications, documentation, and career pathways. The role also involves conducting counseling sessions, keeping updated on educational trends, and maintaining accurate records of counseling activities. Qualifications Expertise in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling Strong skills in Career Counseling and understanding of educational pathways Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills A deep understanding of the education sector and admission processes Proven ability to build rapport with students and their families Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (preferred) Experience in the education consultancy domain is a plus
