Measurement & BillingPrepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings, BOQs, and site reports.Prepare Client Bills (RA / Final Bill) and ensure timely submission as per contract terms.Validation and certification of vendor & subcontractor bills.Reconciliation of BOQ vs. executed work vs. materials used. 2. Cost Control & DocumentationMaintain and update project billing trackers, work progress records & variation statements.Monitor and report cost deviations vs. budgets with justification.Support the project team in identifying non-billable & unapproved works. 3. Coordination & ComplianceCoordinate with site engineers for work progress validation and measurements.Liaise with procurement for rate approvals, PO/WO releases, and vendor billing documents.Ensure compliance with organizational standards, drawing revisions, and contract clauses. 4. ReportingProvide weekly & monthly billing status, cash flow projections, and MIS reports.Track payments and follow up with finance & clients for pending approvals.Skills & Experience RequiredEducation: Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering or relevant field.Experience: 2–5+ years in billing/QS roles in the interior fit-out or construction industry.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, rate analysis & billing software (if applicable).Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy.Good communication and coordination skills.Key Competencies✔ Knowledge of Interior materials, joinery, services & execution methods✔ Ability to interpret drawings and prepare measurement sheets✔ Time management and ability to work under tight billing deadlines✔ Integrity, transparency, and process-oriented mindset
