We are seeking a qualified and experienced BDS Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate should have a passion for patient care, excellent clinical skills, and a strong understanding of dental procedures and treatments. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of dental issues, promoting good oral health practices, and ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Perform routine dental check-ups and procedures (fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, etc.) * Diagnose dental conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans * Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and post-treatment care * Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes * Use dental equipment and tools in compliance with safety regulations * Stay updated with advancements in dentistry and attend continuing education courses Qualifications: * Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution * Valid dental license/registration to practice * Proven experience in clinical dentistry (internship/residency included) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Attention to detail and manual dexterity Preferred Skills: * Experience with digital radiography and modern dental technology * Familiarity with dental software for patient records * Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
