Job Description / Responsibilites The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing project progress, ensuring the safety and quality of work, and managing the work schedules of the construction team. The Site Supervisor will also communicate regularly with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure the project is meeting expectations. Project Planning and Tracking Understanding of Drawings and Materials Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and teams in order to address client's needs Explain designs/ drawings to agencies/labors and site visits Adopt the system and follow Standard Processes and Documentation Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant Doing everything on time Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field Previous experience working in construction or a related field Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team Strong communication skills to effectively and professionally communicate with team, project managers, architects, and clients Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project Management tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans Demonstrated ability to make critical decisions and problem-solve effectively Understanding of construction safety regulations and guidelines Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Diploma (Required) Experience: Quality Control: 1 year (Preferred) Industrial Construction: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 5 years (Required)

Provide mentorship and career guidance to learners. Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback. Participate in curriculum development and course design (if required). Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) is mandatory. Ph.D. or equivalent academic qualification in Management or related fields preferred. Proven teaching or training experience in business or entrepreneurship (online or offline). Strong communication and presentation skills. Comfortable with digital teaching tools, LMS platforms, and virtual classrooms. Preferred Skills: Industry experience in startups, business consulting, or corporate strategy.
