Role Overview: We’re looking for a design-focused, trend-savvy Boutique Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with design development, customer styling, and boutique coordination — and will also play a key role in presenting our brand on social media. Key Responsibilities: Research emerging fashion trends, fabrics, and color palettes. Create sketches and develop women’s wear collections aligned with the boutique’s vision. Coordinate with tailors and production teams to ensure design quality and fit. Interact with customers to understand preferences and create customized looks. Oversee client fittings and ensure a refined final finish. Plan and coordinate visual merchandising of collections. Handle social media content — styling shoots, posting new designs, responding to inquiries, and engaging with the audience. Stay updated on the latest fashion and lifestyle trends to keep our collections and posts fresh. Requirements: Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field. Strong sense of style, creativity, and garment construction knowledge. Up-to-date with both Indian ethnic and Western wear trends. Good communication and customer interaction skills. Team player with a proactive, positive attitude. Familiarity with Instagram and other social platforms for brand promotion.
