TGT Tamil Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and activities that enhance language skills—reading, writing, speaking, and grammar.
• Prepare students for internal assessments and board examinations (if applicable).
• Use innovative teaching methods, including digital tools, to improve learning outcomes.
• Maintain student records, track progress, and provide regular feedback to parents and coordinators.
• Participate in school events, cultural programs, and parent-teacher meetings.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes discipline and respect.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tamil or a related field.
• B.Ed. (Mandatory).
• Strong command of Tamil grammar and literature.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and ability to connect with students of different learning levels.

Preferred:

• Experience in CBSE/ICSE curriculum.
• Familiarity with online teaching tools and blended learning methods.
