Job Summary:

Responsible for teaching the assigned subject (Science, Arts, or Painting) to middle and senior school students (Classes VI–X) while fostering creativity, critical thinking, and practical learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach the assigned subject as per CBSE curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, practicals, projects, and creative activities.
Conduct experiments (for Science) or art/painting workshops and demonstrations.
Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and creative evaluations.
Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment.
Encourage participation in competitions, exhibitions, and co-curricular activities.
Communicate with parents and collaborate with colleagues for student growth.
Ensure adherence to CBSE guidelines and school policies.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate / Post Graduate in relevant subject with B.Ed. (as per CBSE norms).
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE school preferred.

Skills Required:

Strong subject knowledge in Science, Arts, or Painting.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Creative, innovative, and student-focused teaching approach.
Ability to motivate and engage students effectively.
