• Curriculum Development and Instruction:Creating and implementing science lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating diverse teaching strategies, and using technology to enhance learning.
• Classroom Management:Establishing and maintaining a positive and safe learning environment, managing student behavior, and fostering a culture of respect.
• Assessment and Evaluation:Regularly assessing student understanding through various methods like tests, quizzes, projects, and assignments, and providing constructive feedback.
• Laboratory Management:Ensuring a safe and organized laboratory environment, preparing materials for experiments, and supervising students during lab activities.
• Communication and Collaboration:Communicating effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, participating in parent-teacher conferences, and collaborating on interdisciplinary projects.
• Professional Development:Staying updated with the latest developments in science education, participating in professional development opportunities, and seeking ways to improve teaching practices.
• Student Support:Providing academic support and guidance to students, addressing their individual learning needs, and helping them develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Extracurricular Activities:Organizing and participating in science-related extracurricular activities, such as science clubs, field trips, and science fairs.

Pay: ₹10,513.58 - ₹15,000.00 per month
