Role: Subject Teacher – TGT Math
Location: Joka, Kolkata
Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite (Residential School)
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Alternate Saturday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Grades to Teach: Classes 5 to 10
Eligibility: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant subject | B.Ed preferred
Experience: 2–3 years of teaching (residential school experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Grades 5 to 10
– Conduct assessments and track student progress
– Support co-curricular activities and school events
– Ensure discipline, safety, and well-being of students in a residential environment
– Collaborate with faculty and leadership for curriculum and student development
Ideal Candidate:
– Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom delivery
– Passionate about rural education and child development
– Comfortable working in a semi-rural residential school setup
– Team-oriented and empathetic towards adolescent students
– Knowledge of Bengali/Hindi will be an added advantage
