Job Description

Job Title: TGT English Teacher

Location: Samashti International School, Coimbatore
Experience: Minimum 3–4 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the school curriculum and academic standards.
Develop students’ proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
Assess and evaluate students’ progress through tests, assignments, and class participation.
Integrate creative and interactive teaching methods to make lessons engaging and effective.
Encourage student participation in literary activities such as debates, elocutions, and dramatics.
Maintain discipline and foster a positive learning atmosphere in the classroom.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings, training programs, and school events.
Communicate regularly with parents to discuss students’ progress and areas of improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English or a related field.
B.Ed. is mandatory.
Minimum 3–4 years of teaching experience as a TGT English Teacher.
Excellent command of English language and grammar.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.

Note: Transportation will not be provided for staff; candidates need to arrange their own transport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
