We are seeking a passionate and experienced TGT English Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language and a demonstrated ability to prepare students for excellence in CBSE Board examinations. They should be bold, dynamic, and committed to fostering a love for literature and language in students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English language and literature to middle and secondary school students.
• Develop innovative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Prepare students thoroughly for CBSE Board exams through effective teaching and mentoring.
• Establish an English-speaking environment that encourages confidence in communication.
• Implement modern technology and digital tools to enhance the learning experience.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, school management, and parents to ensure the holistic development of students.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s Degree in English with B.Ed. or equivalent qualification.
• Proven track record of students achieving excellent results in Board examinations.
• Exceptional command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in grammar, literature, and creative writing.
• Experienced in applying innovative teaching methodologies.
• Strong classroom management skills with an energetic and motivating presence.
• Adept at using educational technology and digital platforms.
