TGT English Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated TGT English teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will foster a love for literature and language among students, guiding them through the intricacies of English literature, grammar, and composition. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
• Teach various aspects of English language arts, including reading comprehension, writing skills, grammar, and literary analysis.
• Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and examinations while providing constructive feedback.
• Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and classroom activities.
• Stay current with educational best practices and integrate technology into the curriculum as appropriate.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• A valid teaching certification for TGT English is essential.
• Previous teaching experience at the middle or high school level is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of English language arts curriculum standards and assessment methods.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.
