Job Opening: Experienced Accounts Executive (Male Candidates Only, Permanent Residents of Chennai) We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting and should possess strong expertise in Tally, MS Excel, and have excellent communication skills for coordinating with customers, vendors, and auditors. Key Responsibilities: * Manage all accounting operations in Tally, including Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) and accurate financial data entry. * Ensure compliance with TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) regulations and handle related entries. * Advanced usage of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Excel shortcut keys for greater efficiency. * Coordinate with customers, vendors, and auditors to ensure smooth financial transactions and resolve queries. * Handle email correspondence with clients, vendors, and internal teams in a professional manner. * Oversee accounts payable/receivable, process payments, and ensure accurate invoicing. * Assist with preparing and maintaining financial reports and records. Skills and Qualifications: * Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably as an Accounts Executive or in a similar position. * Strong proficiency in Tally, including experience with Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) and TDS management. * Advanced skills in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Excel shortcut keys. * Strong communication skills, particularly in email correspondence with customers, vendors, and auditors. * Solid understanding of accounting principles, TDS, and statutory compliance. * Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively with attention to detail. Eligibility Criteria: * Male candidates only. * Permanent residents of Chennai only. Preferred: * Prior experience with TDS filing and related statutory work. * Ability to assist auditors during year-end audits and manage vendor relationships.
