Role Overview Yubi is seeking a Conversational Analyst with 2-3 years of experience in designing and enhancing chat and voice user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user context, quality assurance, and a passion for creating impactful conversational solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying issues in existing conversational flows, testing user experiences, and collaborating with data scientists to enhance conversational AI models. Key Responsibilities - Understand user needs, identify issues in conversational flows, and propose enhancements for improved user experiences. - Test chat and voice user experiences rigorously for functionality, usability, and contextual accuracy. - Collaborate with data scientists to analyze conversational data and improve conversational AI models. - Analyze and optimize conversation flows to ensure natural and seamless interactions. - Use analytics tools to monitor user behavior and provide actionable insights for conversation design improvements. - Build expertise in advanced conversational AI technologies, including LLMs, ASR, TTS, and the Bhasa infrastructure. Requirements Key Skills and Qualifications - 2-3 years of experience in conversational design, chatbot/voice assistant testing, or related fields. - Strong understanding of chat and voice UX principles and best practices. - Hands-on experience in testing conversational flows and troubleshooting user interaction issues. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret user behavior and provide actionable insights. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with data scientists and technical teams. - Knowledge or exposure to conversational AI tools and platforms like Dialogflow, Rasa, or similar.
