We are looking for a passionate & dedicated Junior Lecturer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, assisting senior faculty & supporting student development in their respective subject area. Key Responsibilities: Deliver subject-specific lectures to students of 11th & 12th grade. Prepare and implement lesson plans aligned with the academic curriculum. Conduct regular assessments, tests, and provide constructive feedback. Maintain student records and track academic performance. Encourage student participation and resolve doubts effectively. Coordinate with senior faculty and academic coordinators.
