About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers who are passionate about Software Testing. You will be trained in Manual & Automation testing techniques and work closely with the QA team to ensure product quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand software requirements and prepare test scenarios
• Execute manual test cases and report bugs
• Learn automation tools (Selenium / Playwright / Cypress / etc.)
• Support the QA team in regression, functional, and performance testing
• Document results and maintain testing reports
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with developers for resolution
• Ensure high-quality deliverables within deadlines

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of SDLC & STLC
• Knowledge of Manual Testing concepts
• Basic programming knowledge (for Automation track)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt

Performance-Based Payment Structure

1️. Good Performance

During Training (1st Year):

• Salary: ₹10,000 per month

From 2nd Year Onwards:

• Package: ₹2.5 – ₹3 lakhs per annum

2️. Average / Low Performance Training Period:

• First 3 months: No Pay (training provided)
• From 4th to 12th month:
• Salary: ₹10,000 per month

From 2nd Year Onwards:

• Package: ₹2.5 – ₹3 lakhs per annum

3️. Poor Performance

Training Period:

• First 6 months: No Pay (mandatory training)
• From 7th to 12th month:
• Salary: ₹10,000 per month

From 2nd Year Onwards:

• Package: ₹2.5 – ₹3 lakhs per annum

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
