Job Description

NTT DATA is looking to hire a Testing Engineering Specialist Advisor to join the team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for transforming testing into a continuous and efficient quality engineering function by utilizing quality processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance control, accuracy, and integrity. The role involves evolving predictive and intelligent testing approaches through automation and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in test automation - Collaborate and lead the team in executing testing activities - Make team decisions and engage with multiple teams on critical matters - Provide solutions that are applicable across various teams - Implement automation strategies to improve testing efficiency - Develop and maintain automated test scripts - Analyze test results and offer recommendations for enhancements Professional & Technical Skills Required: - Proficiency in Automation in Application Maintenance - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks (e.g., Se, Tosca) - Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools (e.g., ADO) - Knowledge of software testing methodologies (e.g., SAFe) - Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., QTest) - Minimum 7 years of experience in Automation in Application Maintenance About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a global innovator of business and technology services, with a commitment to helping clients innovate, optimize, and transform for long-term success.
