Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Automation Testing Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing and be able to work independently. ### Roles and Responsibility Design and implement automated tests for web and mobile applications using Selenium, Protractor, and other relevant tools. Develop and maintain automation frameworks, including TestNG and Cucumber BDD Frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements. Create and execute test cases, test scripts, and test data for various applications. Analyze and troubleshoot defects found during testing, working closely with development teams to resolve issues. Participate in agile development methodologies, providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (BE/BTech/MCA/M.Sc). Minimum 5 years of experience in automation consulting across multiple platforms and domains. Strong knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, UFT, Protractor, and Appium. Experience with TestNG, Cucumber BDD Frameworks, and Rest Assured is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Hands-on experience in developing frameworks on selenium frameworks like TestNG, Cucumber, Appium, and Rest Assured. Created QA Strategy and automation approach from scratch, articulating value and ROI of automation to clients. Experience in conducting proof-of-concepts and tool selection; should have played the role of an individual contributor, interfacing with clients and addressing their business needs. Should have excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate concisely and clearly. Should be ready to take on both individual contributor and team leader roles.
