Test Manager - Manual & Automation Testing

As a Test Manager specializing in both Manual and Automation Testing, you will be responsible for leading and managing our QA team. Your main focus will be on defining automation strategies, overseeing test execution, and ensuring the quality of our software products. Your key responsibilities will include managing, mentoring, and guiding a team of QA engineers, developing and implementing test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and others, creating and executing detailed test plans while prioritizing testing efforts, collaborating closely with developers and product managers to ensure comprehensive testing, tracking and reporting on test progress, defects, and KPIs, as well as continuously improving test processes and practices. To excel in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in QA/testing, with a strong background in automation. Proficiency in tools like Selenium, Java, Python, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins is essential. Additionally, you should possess strong team management, mentoring, and communication skills, along with experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
