Test Lead with eCommerce domain expertise

As an experienced Test Lead with strong eCommerce domain expertise, your role will involve leading QA planning, execution, automation, and quality governance across omnichannel digital platforms. You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Hands-on execution & leading QA efforts across multiple eCommerce initiatives on web & mobile platforms. - Coordinating and executing functional, regression, integration, UAT, and end-to-end testing. - Collaborating with product owners, business analysts, and developers to comprehend business requirements. - Managing the defect lifecycle, performing root cause analysis, and preparing quality reports. - Mentoring and guiding offshore testers. Qualifications required for this role include: - 7-10+ years of overall QA experience, with at least 3 years as a Test Lead. - Strong functional understanding of eCommerce platforms. - Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, etc. - Proficiency in test management tools and test automation frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc. - Understanding of microservices, APIs, and cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
