Test Lead - NetSuite and Salesforce Enterprise Applications

As a highly skilled Test Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing of Salesforce, NetSuite, and other business applications within our enterprise ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on ensuring quality, performance, and compliance with business requirements in cloud-based ERP and CRM systems. You will lead the test strategy, planning, execution, automation, and manage a team of testers while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will lead and oversee both manual and automated testing efforts across CRM, ERP, and other enterprise applications. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and system functionalities. You will define and implement test strategies, methodologies, and frameworks for Salesforce, NetSuite, and integrated applications. Identifying test automation opportunities and establishing automation frameworks for regression and functional testing will be crucial aspects of your role. Ensuring proper test coverage, including functional, integration, regression, security, and performance testing, will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders and work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand system changes and their impact. Ensuring that test environments are properly configured and maintained will also be a key aspect of your role. You will report test progress, risks, and results to stakeholders and leadership. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in software testing, with a minimum of 4 years leading test efforts in Salesforce and/or NetSuite environments. You should possess strong knowledge of Salesforce testing, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Lightning UI, and Apex testing, as well as NetSuite ERP testing. Knowledge of APIs, data validation, and integration testing between CRM, ERP, and third-party applications is essential. Familiarity with SQL, SOQL, and scripting languages for test automation is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder management abilities are also important for this role. You should be able to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments. Possessing Salesforce and/or NetSuite certification, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, or NetSuite ERP Consultant, would be preferable. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MCA, MSC, or Accounting.,
