Test Lead

As a Senior Performance Tester, you will collaborate with the Development, Functional Test Team, business analysts, and Technical Leads to implement releases. Your responsibilities will include understanding nonfunctional requirements, creating the performance test strategy, analyzing and reviewing nonfunctional requirements, creating performance test scripts and test data, and prioritizing based on business needs. You will be involved in planning, monitoring, and controlling nonfunctional test activities, reporting application capabilities, making recommendations to the technical team and business, and preparing risk mitigation plans if delays are foreseen. Knowledge of the healthcare domain is an added advantage. **Key Responsibilities:** - Interact with the Functional Test Team to understand the domain and applications for nonfunctional testing - Understand the current performance details of the application and plan for future technology implementations in consultation with the Architect and business Leads - Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills - Design, develop, execute, and maintain performance test scripts, scenarios, and data using tools like LoadRunner and JMeter - Manage Testing Scope, SLAs, Performance Metrics, Communication, and Risk & Issues - Possess knowledge of performance testing concepts, techniques, and metrics such as response time, throughput, scalability, reliability, and resource utilization - Experience in performance testing various types of applications and systems including web, mobile, cloud, distributed, and service-oriented architectures - Experienced in generating performance testing reports and staying updated with the latest technologies, trends, and tools in the performance testing domain **Required Skills:** - 8-12 years of experience in Performance Testing with a focus on Agile Methodology - Proficiency in NeoLoad, LoadRunner, and JMeter - Familiarity with scripting languages such as Java, SQL, and XML - Knowledge of performance testing validation on healthcare reports - Advantageous to have familiarity with healthcare concepts and products like FACETS or QNxt - Ability to identify the testing scope based on nonfunctional requirements - Analyze and interpret performance test data and communicate findings effectively - Understand Software Test Life Cycle and associated Processes - Generate Performance Test Reports for specific test cycles - Interact with Testing Team and Stakeholders as needed - Conduct reviews of performance defects and ensure adherence to defect guidelines - Excellent communication skills in Speaking, Writing, and Presentation **Qualifications:** - B.E/B.Tech Please note: The range of experience required for this role is 8 to 12 years.,
