Test Lead-Guidewire

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced tester with a strong understanding of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain, particularly in Policy, Claims, and Billing systems. You should possess a deep knowledge of Guidewires Policy Center/ Claims Center/ Billing Center, specializing in configuration, customization, and integration. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive test strategies, performing regression and stabilization testing, and automating test scripts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. Your main duties will involve developing and implementing test strategies for Policy and Billing regression and stabilization, collaborating with stakeholders to understand project requirements, conducting regression testing, creating test cases, managing defect tracking and resolution, reporting progress, staying updated with industry best practices, and mentoring junior testers. To excel in this role, you must have an in-depth understanding of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain, hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center, Claims Center, and Billing Center flows, and proficiency in test management tools. Experience in automation testing is preferred.
