Job Description: for QA Mobile Automation Engineer,

Position Title : Sr. QA Automation Engineer (Mobile)

Experience Needed At Least 7+ year of Experience in Software Testing (Must have at least 2 year experience in Type Script, Appium/Web/Driver IO, Git/Bitbucket, Native mobile Android and IOS Automation Testing) Objective Design and implement a robust automation framework utilizing industry best practices / modern testing & automation processes.

Define our test automation approach by analyzing existing methods for improvement opportunities (including modernization) while transforming our processes to leverage automation as the foundation of our testing methodology.

Design, develop and execute automation scripts according to Test Plans covering new and existing software and hardware products. Work with globally diverse teams across multiple business functions to continually evolve QA tools & processes. Strive to achieve zero bug escape & the best possible experience for our customers.

Skills Must have experience in Experience with Appium/Web/Driver IO, Type Script, Jira, Git/Bitbucket, Native mobile Android and IOS Automation Testing. Must demonstrate the ability to work with various QA/Testing tools and technologies.

(JIRA, TestRail, Confluence, etc.) Experience with Web, Web Service/API, UI, and Mobile software applications testing required.

Experience with BrowserStack. Requires a deep understanding of software QA methodologies, tools and processes. Must possess an astute understanding of the Agile development framework. Will work with the team to determine product quality and release readiness standards.

Must have significant experience in the creation and management of mobile automated test suites. Must have knowledge of the current trends and latest advancements in software QA. Must demonstrate significant initiative, persistence, and the ability to work well as part of an empowered delivery team.

Must have strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non technical resources

Required Technical Proficiencies

7+ Years of total QA experience. Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in a related engineering field (Compute Science, MCA etc.) A history working within Scrum teams following Agile methodology. Experience with bench and field based GPS & mobile communications testing Experience working with Android and iOS. Experience working with and debugging mobile applications
