Test Lead - Automation Testing

We are currently seeking Automation Testing Professionals with the following primary skills and preferred competencies: - Strong organizational skills with excellent communication abilities, along with solid presentation and facilitation skills. - Proficient in Selenium and Appium automation frameworks. - Hands-on experience within the Salesforce ecosystem. - Familiarity with Test Management tools such as JIRA, ALM, Helix, etc. - Understanding of mobile and front-end architecture, as well as coding languages like JAVA, Python, etc. - Action-oriented self-starter capable of working on complex projects independently with minimal supervision. - Previous experience in the medical device/Life Sciences industry. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with multiple teams on concurrent projects. - Exposure to working with global project teams and products. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: - Implementing software automation framework solutions for web and mobile apps, front-end, back-end, and middleware architecture. - Utilizing Atlassian products for job scheduling, defect reporting, code repository, and integration with Selenium frameworks. - Strong technical background in JAVA programming language. - Proficient in business analysis to understand requirements, functional specs, and systems for creating automated test scripts. Minimum Requirements: - Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience. - Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Automation experience with Selenium and Appium automation frameworks. - Strong exposure in implementing software automation framework solutions. - Proficiency in Atlassian products and JAVA programming language. - Strong business analysis skills to facilitate the creation of automated test scripts.
