Test Engineer Senior Analyst

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in the travel domain, particularly in areas such as GDS systems, airline reservation, ticketing, and check-in processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java, be proficient in Cucumber BDD frameworks, and capable of designing and executing robust automation scripts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Java-based frameworks.
• Work extensively with Cucumber BDD to create readable and maintainable test scenarios.
• Enhance and optimize the existing test automation framework for scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements in the travel domain.
• Validate complex workflows related to airline reservation, ticketing, and check-in systems.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across multiple platforms.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in test planning, execution, and reporting activities.
• Ensure automation coverage aligns with business-critical scenarios.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• QA Automation with a strong background in Java programming.
• Proven experience in the travel domain, especially with GDS systems or airline-related applications.
• Hands-on experience with Cucumber BDD/TestNG
• Strong understanding of Core Java concepts, OOP principles, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with API testing using tools like RestAssured & Postman
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
