Test Drive Executive

Job Summary:

We're seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Test Drive Executive to join our team at Cannanore Automotive Co., a leading two-wheeler automobile industry. As a Test Drive Executive, you'll manage test drives, provide product information, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage test drive requests and schedules, ensuring timely execution.

2. Provide detailed product information and demonstrations.

3. Ensure test drive vehicles are in excellent condition and maintain records.

4. Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.

5. Collaborate with the sales team to convert test drives into sales.

6. Gather customer feedback and provide insights for improvement.

7. Maintain accurate records of test drives and customer interactions.

8. Visit customer locations to offer test drives and promote products.

Requirements:

1. 0-2 years of experience in the automotive industry.

2. Strong knowledge of two-wheelers and their features.

3. Good riding skill

5. Valid driving license for two-wheelers.
