Test Coordinator & Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Test Coordinator & Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team, focusing on AI and Automation projects within the HR IT domain. This pivotal role will be responsible for orchestrating testing efforts, ensuring the quality and reliability of our innovative solutions, and driving continuous improvement in our QA processes. You will play a critical part in delivering robust and effective AI and automation capabilities that enhance the employee experience across our internal stakeholders. While direct experience with AI and Automation testing is preferred, we also welcome candidates with a strong background in software testing, a solid understanding of HRIT systems, and a keen eagerness to learn and adapt to cutting-edge technologies.

Qualifications

Educational qualification: B.E/B.Tech

Experience :Minimum 3+ Years Experience

Mandatory/requires Skills :

. Proven experience in test planning, test case design, and execution across various testing types.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues clearly.

. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

. Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).

Good to Have Skills:

. Familiarity with automation testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Postman, Python scripting).

. Understanding of HR IT systems and processes (e.g., HRIS, ATS, Payroll).

. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and their application in QA.

. Experience in coordinating new releases, features, and enhancements from a QA perspective.

. Ability to create or contribute to internal documentation, knowledge bases, and best practice guides.

. Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB Foundation Level) are a plus.
