Test Automation Leader

As a test automation leader with hands-on experience in Java Selenium, your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium with Java and API testing frameworks. - Designing and executing test cases to ensure the functionality, performance, and scalability of web and mobile applications. - Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects to resolution. - Collaborating with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. - Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospective meetings. - Contributing to continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for efficient testing and deployment processes. - Analyzing test results and providing meaningful insights to improve product quality and user experience. - Staying updated with emerging technologies and best practices in test automation and software testing methodologies. Required Skills: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience (3-8 years) in automation testing with strong proficiency in Selenium with Java. - Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins). - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
