Title- Test Automation Lead About the Job: Movius is the leading global provider in cloud-based secure mobile communications software, helping enterprises deliver better engagement for their clients. Enterprises around the world use the company s all-in-one mobility platform to connect with their customers in more convenient, cost-effective and compliant ways. The platform offers an easy way to extend and integrate voice, text, and messaging services into other systems, like CRM or collaboration tools. What is expected from you: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/IT/related field and ~8 years of relevant work experience Proficiency in testing concepts/standards & Agile methodology Solid understanding on Automation Testing concepts. The candidate should be able to implement automation/performance strategy, and guide automation/performance testing team. Hands-on experience authoring, building and adopting large-scale, automation frameworks like Robot Framework, POM with well-balanced coverage across UI, functional, API and back-end integration (including end-to-end automation) and experience with different test automation approaches (including BDD and hybrid) Hands-On Experience in Selenium with Java / Python - Knowledge at scripting/coding level Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Experience of Test Automation Integration with DevOps Pipleline and CI/CD. Preferred experience on Mobile Application Automation with Appium Self-Starter, adaptive to a continuous changing and fast paced environment, be able to successfully multi-task, and thrive in a dynamic, fully engaged QA role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn, understand and integrate with cultural differences and engage with virtual cross-cultural, cross-border teams. .
