Project Role : Test Automation Lead Project Role Description : Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Must have skills : Microsoft Power BI Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Any Bachelors degree Summary :As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your typical day will involve evolving more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions, and significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of automated testing frameworks and strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs and requirements. Design and execute automated test scripts and scenarios to ensure the quality of software applications. Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various types of testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on testing best practices and automation tools. Advanced DAX for calculations. Creation of dynamic reports and visual dashboards. Management of Power BI service components. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI. Good To Have Skills:Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or HP ALM. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Solid grasp of programming languages such as Java or Python. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power BI. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software applications.
