You will evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve implementing quality processes, utilizing automation tools, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of testing procedures. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Implement quality processes to ensure efficient and accurate testing. Utilize automation tools to streamline testing procedures. Collaborate with the team to develop innovative testing products and solutions. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies. Provide guidance and support to junior professionals in the team. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow. Strong understanding of quality processes and methodologies. Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium or Appium. Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python. Experience in creating and executing test scripts. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies. Familiarity with DevOps practices. Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
