Project Role Description :Use quality processes, automation tools, and methodologies to transform testing products and solutions. Run end-to-end quality engineering function with a focus on automation to improve control, accuracy and integrity. Must have skills :Automated Testing

Educational Qualification :15 years full time educationTest Engineer AutomationExperience:4 7 yearsResponsibilitiesDesign and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.Develop and maintain automated test suites using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across modules including campaign workflows, resource management, and AI features.Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA engineers to ensure test coverage and early defect detection.Implement BDD practices using tools like Cucumber, SpecFlow, or Behave.Conduct API testing using Postman, Newman, or similar tools.Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing and reporting.Document test results, track bugs, and support UAT processes.Skills & Experience3+ years of experience in software testing and QA automation.Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).Experience with BDD tools (Cucumber, SpecFlow, Behave).Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.Familiarity with API testing, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6).Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.Experience testing microservices, multi-cloud environments, and event-driven architectures.Exposure to LLM-based features and testing AI-driven components.Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Camunda, n8n).Understanding of security testing and compliance validation.
Summary:As a Test Automation Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will utilize quality processes and automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve running end-to-end quality engineering functions, focusing on automation to improve control, accuracy, and integrity in testing processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the highest quality standards are met, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in testing methodologies. Your role will be pivotal in driving the automation strategy and ensuring that testing is both effective and efficient, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.
