About The Role

Project Role :Test Automation Engineer

Project Role Description :Use quality processes, automation tools, and methodologies to transform testing products and solutions. Run end-to-end quality engineering function with a focus on automation to improve control, accuracy and integrity.

Summary:As a Test Automation Engineer, you will utilize quality processes and automation tools to enhance the testing of products and solutions. Your typical day will involve running the end-to-end quality engineering function, focusing on automation to improve control, accuracy, and integrity in testing processes. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the automation strategies align with the overall quality objectives of the organization, contributing to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in automation testing.

Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Automated Testing.

Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with various automation frameworks and tools.

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.

Experience in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Automated Testing.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
