Summary:As a Test Automation Engineer, you will utilize quality processes, automation tools, and methodologies to transform testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve running the end-to-end quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to enhance control, accuracy, and integrity in the testing process. You will engage with various teams to ensure that the automation strategies are effectively implemented and aligned with the overall project goals, contributing to the continuous improvement of quality standards across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Develop and implement innovative test automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.- Mentor junior team members in best practices for test automation and quality assurance. Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Test Automation Strategy.- Strong understanding of various automation tools and frameworks.- Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.- Ability to analyze and improve existing testing processes and methodologies.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Test Automation Strategy.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
