Test Automation- Associate Consultant Level

You are invited to join Spectral Consultants as a Test Automation (ETL Testing) professional for one of the US-based management consulting organizations. We are looking for individuals with 3.5 to 5 years of experience, who are ready to join the team immediately or within a notice period of up to 60 days. Our focus lies on test automation, CI/CD integration, and fostering innovation through GenAI. As a part of our team, your responsibilities will include building and maintaining automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, and JUnit. You will be required to develop test scripts primarily in Python (preferred) or Java, and integrate them with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and Azure DevOps. Additionally, you will conduct API testing using tools like Postman and RestAssured, along with cloud-based testing on platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. Embracing GenAI innovation into our automation strategy is a crucial aspect of this role. To excel in this position, you should possess 3.5-5 years of experience in automation testing, ETL testing, and Test Management. Strong programming and debugging skills are essential, along with familiarity with Agile methodologies, test management tools like JIRA and TestRail, and basics of SQL. Moreover, a minimum of 6 years of experience in team management is required, and exposure to GenAI will be considered a significant advantage.
