Job Description

As a Test Architect for IoT SaaS Applications at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and refining test architecture frameworks and methodologies. - Designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies. - Analyzing current testing processes to identify and implement improvement opportunities. - Defining testability requirements to enhance product design and quality. - Incorporating test-driven approaches in requirements engineering. - Ensuring test coverage analysis and continuously optimizing test automation coverage. - Reviewing and approving test plans to maintain high-quality test code and manage the testing environment. - Defining quality boundaries for external deliveries acceptance. - Overseeing integration tests and resolving defects in system integration. - Designing and documenting test environment strategies to establish seamless DevOps testing integration. - Collaborating closely with architects and development teams on testing-related topics. - Mentoring and guiding test engineers on advanced testing topics. - Defining, measuring, and optimizing quality metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Qualifications required for this role include: - B.E./ B. Tech /M.E./ M. Tech/MCA/MSc in Computer Science. - 10+ years of experience in software product development with a focus on test activities. - Expertise in test architecture and test automation design for IoT-based SaaS applications. - Strong software design & development knowledge. - Experience in the electrical domain will have additional weightage. - Strong product creation knowledge and market orientation. - Strong knowledge and experience in Agile/DevOps practices. - Drive positive attitude and culture in the team. - Ability to understand business needs and translate them into solutions. - Ability to effectively communicate, influence, and interact with various partners.
