Complaint, Cause and Cure to be mentioned clearly in service ticket before raising FIR.
Parts/AMC/Labour pending quotations should be reviewed weekly once for all customers
On receipt immediately submit PO to CC team for OC creation.
Defective parts has to submitted to H.O on time.
Service engineers to obtaining GRN from the customers with in 10 days from the delivery/fitment date.
Average Service ticket closure with in 48 hours.
FIR should be raised on same day after attending warranty complaint call.
Payment outstanding (Exceeds P.O terms) follow up mailers should be sent on weekly basis for all customer.
100% advance payment for AMC.
Labour charge/AMC should be collected for post warranty calls attended.
100% advance payment for Parts for non privilege customers.
100% Schedule calls closure should be before due date. (Warranty and AMC)
To monitor received P.O's are converted to executable O.C's.
