Broons Tea is a family-run tea company from Kerala. Our flagship, Broons Classic, is a blend of Munnar and Annamalai teas. It sells across Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka through general trade, modern trade and online, and we export to Australia, New Zealand and the UAE. We’re now building a direct presence in Bangalore and are hiring the people who will build it.

The role
You’ll own a territory in Bangalore. Your job is to put Broons Classic in every kirana and tea shop in your area and keep it there. You’ll report to the City Sales Manager and work closely with our distributors.

What you’ll do

• Cover your daily beat plan and visit [35–40] retail outlets a day
• Onboard new retailers: kiranas, provision stores, tea stalls, bakeries and small supermarkets
• Take orders and drive secondary sales through appointed distributors
• Map your territory: find unserved pockets, competing brands, outlet potential and pricing in the market
• Make sure stock is available, visible and correctly priced at every outlet; set up shelf displays and POS material
• Run trade schemes and retailer offers, and follow up on payments and collections where needed
• Support van sales routes and new-market exploration as assigned
• Record every visit, order and new outlet in our field sales app (Broons Sales Navigator) and follow our field SOPs
• Report weekly on sales, retailer feedback and competitor activity

• New outlets added and repeat ordering outlets
• Beat adherence and productive calls per day
• Distribution reach in your territory

What you need

• 2–5 years of field sales experience in FMCG general trade. Tea, coffee, staples or beverages are a plus.
• Good knowledge of Bangalore retail markets and distributor working
• Fluent Kannada. Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi or English is a plus.
• Own two-wheeler, valid driving licence and smartphone
• Comfortable using a mobile sales app for daily reporting
• Self-driven and target-oriented, someone who enjoys being on the ground

What we offer

• Salary: [₹25000 – ₹120000 per month]

• A ground-floor role in the brand’s Bangalore launch, with room to grow into an Area Sales role as the city expands

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
