Job Description

Job Title: Territory Sales Manager Work mode: Bangalore, Karnataka - Onsite (Work from office) Geography: Asia, UAE, Europe Demonstration of work experience (preferable): • Should have experience of 6 to 9 years working in software sales selling to large enterprises. • Preferably should have practical or theoretical knowledge of software services/products preferably for ERP (SAP ECC / S/4 HANA), RPA, AI Chatbot, ECM, shared service automation etc. • Should have preferably interacted and built strong relationships with mid to senior levels in customer organizations including CIOs / CDO’s/ CFO’s / CXO’s etc. • Should have met or exceeded sales quotas consistently (ideally at least USD 1 ml quota) and have executed average deal sizes of at least USD 100k per deal value. Responsibilities include: 1. Acquiring new logos/hunting for sales. Lead generation. 2. Accelerating cycle time to closing deals. 3. Mapping key stakeholders in these accounts and building strong relationships with them. 4. Meet quarterly sales quotas. 5. Ensuring deeper penetration of Avaali’s offerings into these accounts. 6. Working with target accounts/territories to deliver customer references. Skills required: 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2. Attention to details. Very well organized and systematic in thinking and approach 3. Deep analytical and interpersonal skills. 4. Can present a convincing point of view to the respective stakeholder and achieve outcomes. 5. Comfortable in working in a fast paced and dynamic work environment. 6. Effectively use tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), PPM, and required templates to create and manage project deliverables. 7. Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as RPA, AI chatbot, shared service automation etc. 8. High on energy and focus to achieve outcomes
