Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Operations skills, including target achievement, pipeline management, and territory planning.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Relationship Building skills to engage merchants, lead teams, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess a clear focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to handle escalations and improve service quality.
• Relevant experience in field sales, FMCG, financial services, or digital payments will be beneficial.
• Proven experience leading a team, mentoring staff, and driving performance in a target-oriented environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency with basic productivity tools and sales dashboards, are advantageous.
• A graduate degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• Ability to work on-site in Puri, with readiness for regular market travel within the assigned territory.
