Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for tractor sales, agri equipment sales, and spare parts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships across the assigned territory to drive business growth.
Identify new opportunities for expansion and develop strategies to increase market share in the region.
Conduct regular visits to dealerships to provide training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive agricultural machinery industry.
