The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Terratone Boutique Business Hotel. Day-to-day tasks include managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, handling budgets, maintaining inventory, and upholding quality standards. The General Manager will also be responsible for driving revenue growth, marketing the hotel, and implementing business strategies to enhance overall performance and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Leadership and Management skills: managing staff, overseeing operations, driving revenue growth Customer Service skills: ensuring guest satisfaction, handling inquiries and complaints Financial skills: handling budgets, managing inventory, financial planning Marketing and Business Strategy skills: marketing the hotel, implementing business strategies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
