· Responsible to get an IMS certification and maintained, including document control, Internal Audits and Management Review. · Responsible for the Product Certification viz. CE Mark, AASHTO Certification and any specific requirement of any customer. · Maintain Internal Quality Program and drive process improvements to ensure quality systems meet customer specifications and company requirements. · Implement Quality objectives and coordinate with production to maximize product reliability. · Develop and analyse statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product. · Direct employees engaged in testing and inspection activities to ensure quality control over materials and product. · Oversee customer improvement opportunities (CIO) system and drive continuous improvements. · Investigate root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to customer complaints regarding quality. · Ensure product safety and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. · Interact with Plant personnel and sales/customer service personnel on quality problems. · Plan, promotes and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability. · Understanding customer expectations of and needs from a product. · Datasheet upgradation with product specifications with revision and circulation with sales team. · Supervising staff, monitoring product Quality, and Testing standards. · Examining the quality of raw materials that are used in production. · Evaluating the final output of products to determine their quality and preparation of daily Quality reports. · Rejecting products that fail quality standards with the non-conformity note. · Producing statistical reports on quality standards. · Reporting to upper management on Product Quality standard issues if deviates with specs. · Involvement in New Product Development.
