You will be responsible for site measurements and preparing As-Built Plans for the grant of Occupation/Completion Certificates. This includes creating Floor Plans, Sections, Elevations, Terrace Plans, Basement and Stilt Plans, and Area Statements for the approval/sanction of Building Plans. You will need to prepare Superimposed Drawings of As-Built Plans on approved Building Plans to assess deviations and identify compositional deviations.
