We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Mechanical team in the role of JE/AE at our Kharagpur Plant- RVPL. Key Responsibilities: 1. The Junior/Assistant Engineer (JE/AE) – HBA Lines (Mechanical) is responsible for managing and overseeing shift operations of the HBA lines, ensuring zero accidents, maintaining budgeted Thermal Energy Parameters (TEPs), and achieving production targets while ensuring statutory compliance and optimal line utilization. 2. The role includes achieving TEP targets (Propane, NH3, Power) for HBA1, ensuring targeted MT production, and maintaining an ISO compliance score of 94%. 3. The candidate will drive continuous improvement by implementing quality circles, TPM (JH) projects, and suggestions. They will be responsible for enhancing HBA-3 line utilization to 92.5%, attending self-learning sessions, and promoting a culture of innovation and safety. 4. The role also requires coordination with other departments, managing vendors and contractors, and aligning operations with organizational goals. Qualifications & Experience: Diploma (Mechanical) Key Skills & Competencies: Mechanical maintenance, HBA line operations, TEP monitoring, production planning, statutory compliance, TPM/JH, ISO standards, line utilization, safety management, vendor coordination, continuous improvement, energy optimization.
